Scan Conversion Options
This is the most economical way to convert a mountain of paper files into searchable PDF's. We provide a high-speed scanner, production index software, pre-configured workstation, set-up, training, support and job management. Available as a low month to month lease option.
In this option we take care of everything for you. We take your requirements and we charge a flat per page fee to do the whole conversion process. No job too big or too small and you know that with our experience and expertise, your documents will be done right.
This is an extremely popular option where your knowledge workers help to place barcode coversheets at the front of your folders to accurately classify and index the documents that they know best. Your staff can also participate in the prep work and these tasks will help to significantly lower the costs of your conversion. Additionally, if you just need us to provide our high-powered OCR, barcode recognition or manual key operators to index your documents, we can do that for you, as well.
